I created this blog to sort through my emotions as Finnegan, a great Irish Wolfhound, fought bone cancer for nearly 26 months. Fortunately, his battle subsided for many months and during the course of the 26 months, I shared stories about his feline siblings. On August 8, 2008, Finny passed on in my husband's and my arms. He fought the good fight and he will always have a special place in my heart. *If you have a question, please write me at finnegandog at gmail dot com.*

Hi Finnegan. We're two wire fox terriers who are new to this blogging world and have been trolling around to meet new pals. When we saw your photo, we thought, now there's one handsome dude. Then we read your story, and decided to say hi.
Sounds like you've had a rough time, but have lots of love to make up for it.
So here's two woofs from the Barkalot Boyz of South Florida (where it's really hot -- although Mom was born in Philadelphia, so she knows it gets pretty hot there too).
Jake and Just Harry
I need one of those. Or Central Air. Or both.
Your blog is PG? Can I call you Filthy Mouthed Finnegan? (THat's a good band name, eh?)
wally.
Finnegan,
I feel your pain.
Can mommy get you airconditioning? Can you move here?
Our basement is cool, but I am afraid to go down there. If I did, I would be much happier as well.

Man alive. Cat food? What indignity. On the cooling front, Pappy recommends a wading pool... giant-sized.
Curiously....
